Canceling an order after being paid, as they don't have stock

Ordered an item, they cancelled with absolutely no communication to me and refunded. Service like this must be highlighted because they lie to say they have stock with great prices but it's not the case. See below my communication and order details. To date, no one called to explain, therefore this post on Hellopeter.

WHY was my order cancelled, I followed up my delivery. I didn't want it cancelled!!! Furthermore,how can I wait so long and no one even gives me a courteously call, just an email it's cancelled!!!

This is terrible.

Could someone please call and explain.
