Can we be refunded back our money,Game stores

You guys are really taking us for a ride,the only money which reflected on our acount was the 134,so where did the rest of the money go to????

You said the finance team paid on the 12th but no money has reflected on the account exept the 134

Can you check with your finance team cause this is not on,how long must we wait for our money...what a poor service!

So according to you does it say the order was delivered to us????the only refund we got was the one for the cancelled items on the order....we ended up cancellung the whole order as it took forever for the groceries to be delivered...l had stared that on my 1st review in Dec and you people said the refundwas processed..order number was ***

So when can we expect feedback or our refund..l mean we ordered those groceries on the 27th of November and did cancellation beginning of dec,so now its taking forever to get the refund...you guys said the refund was processed on the 12th.lts been forever trying to get our money back.l wrote a review on December explaning everything qnd your reply was the refjnd was processed on the 12th.Now you are saying you have sent off our query to the finance team after a month and a half waiting for a refund.c'mon guys,we need that money as in yesterday

I wrote to you guys on the 14th of dec,l CLEARLY stated that we ended up cancelling our order due to it being delivered late...and your reply was that the refund was processed on the 12th.So now that you are only taking it to your finance teqm today after waiting almost 1 and a half month,when can we expect the refund then?we needed that money as in yesterday
