Can't take it anymore

<p>Excuse my language but am fed up with Game store. So I paid the amount I owed them on my account. I was promised to get a settlement or cancellation letter. It's been a month and I still haven't my letter. Not to mention their staff. Spoke to over 10 people who have been making empty promises. Please resolve this NOW. </p> <p>L </p>
