Can I please have my statement

<p>I have been requesting my statements and nothing has come through, I went to Game Reds Mall and was told that the lady who works at Financial Services was on lunch and noone else could assist me. The funny ting now is that they want to debit my account and I dont even know how much is due, and whether they will be debiting me for the goods I bought because I do not even know what is happenning. I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me with this.</p>
