Call Centre Agent(KAUTHAI) service was excellent and professional

I would love to share my Experience and the Outstandingly service I have received from Game call centre agent but The name of KAUTHAI. I may not have spelled the name correctly but, this lady is one of the most Professional call agent consultant, she is emotionally intelligent and Customer/client centric. My approach was not Friendly as I waited long for my call to go through. But talking to her made things so much better and put things into ease, I was frustrated as I was an essential working, needing to purchase a stove urgently unfortunately I couldn't get the stove as it's not part of essential goods, and the lady who assisted me understood my frustration, and was able to explain to about the regulation of Game and the essential goods, and also going the extra mile on of giving me the information I needed. I want to commened this Lady for expectionally well service. May she continue running the Game fleg high
