Call back voucher on 8x6x1lt low fat milk

I have placed a call back voucher with said retail store on 29 June 2019 and have been informed on 3 differend sms's that the ling life milk on which I had a call back was on it's way and they will contact me once it was received in the store...I have ordered 8x6x1lt long life low fat milk...3 months later and still no milk ....is this the service Game give to their customers
