Call back voucher

I am being given the run around with a call back voucher i received in January, I received an sms stating that stock has arrived, and the price of the item is R3564 each, but when I went to pay for the item, I was told I need to pay for the full sale price being R4099. Also even after your marketing team on Facebook and a sales consultant at the branch told me the price i see on the sms is the price I have to pay.
