Call back never happens

Hello,<br> <br> Just thought I would bring it to your attention how there is NO USE what so ever in using your call back service when a product is out of stock. I have attempted it three times now with absolutely no results. I refuse to now even look at your brochure as i never get the deals anyways. <br> Last time the manager even said she is taking it upond herself to call me back.. It has been since your birthday edition and I'm once again still waiting.<br> <br> Just some feedback on a service that does more damage that good.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Sam
