I bought a laptop valued at 4200 rands on credit at game as a present for my wife,when we opened it at home we realised that it had a small dot of ink on the screen which increased daily.few days later we returned it to the store for repairs as part of th guarantee period,it was booked for repairs for 27 days.a month later we got a call saying that the repairs will cost us 2500rands bt the laptop still has a guarantee period.I can't pay the 2500 and still pay the installment for something which we got broken and still has a guarantee period.
