********** by Game N1 City

I bought a Campmaster gazebo from Game N1 City and while under a 1 year guarantee, a part of the framework broke when the gazebo was flipped by the wind even though it was pegged into the ground. I phoned the customer care line and was advised to take the item back to the store, which I did. The staff were extremely unhelpful and I was bluntly informed that the frame was not guaranteed, but only the stitching on the canvas. Nowhere on the product packaging does it state this and only states a 1 year guarentee. I feel totally ********** and cheated by this experience. I wanted a replacement gazebo or for them to have it fixed. I left the broken item and original receipt in the trolley at the store and walked out.
