Buying TV from Game is just a ****

Bought a Hisense 65U6K ULED on the 21 July 2024 at Game Stores in Canal Walk Cape Town. April 2025 started to show lines every morning when we switched it on. We have to switch it on and off for several times before it can play normal. On the 16th May we've decided to take the TV back to Game, and they said they will have to take it back to Hisense for repairs. On the 5th the TV came back, and this time the problem was worse. I've asked the delivery guy to take it back again. Today I went to game to get my money back or another TV , but they refused saying they took the TV back again to the repairs. I've told them I cannot take back again the TV that is giving me problems within less that a year of purchase, that means there's something wrong with the TV. They've told me that the TV needs to go to the repairs 3 times before they can refund me. What nonsense is that?? What kind of guarantee are they having 😲😳
