BUYING A TELEFUNKEN 50" FHD LED TV FROM GAME STORE WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY

I bought a Telefunken 50" FHD LED TV on the 20.08.2022 at Game Store N1 City. I took out an extended warranty should the TV become faulty etc. On 22. 06. 2025 the TV went all black screen on me. I took it into the Store and was told that it will take between 14 to 21 days to repair. On the 19.08.2025 the Service manager Jevon Da Silva called me with promising news that my TV will be fixed within a week. I went to the store today for the 3rd time, only to find out that nobody knows where my TV is and when it will be fixed. The Service department supervisor Da Silva is never in the Store and the Store manager is forever in an air meeting. For the past three months I did my on follow-up about the status of my TV , but with no joy. I contacted the repairs people that do all Game Store work and found out that the major delay of the fixing of my TV unit started at Game Store N1 as my unit was in the Store for more than one month before it went to NU World for repairs. The quotation for the repairs of my TV was send on the 20.08.2025 to the store for confirmation and today when I went to the store there was no supervisor or HR person that could tell me where my TV is situated. The reason for my frastration is that since I took my TV for repairs, which was 57 days ago I had one phone call from a Service supervisor who had no idea what he was talking about on the day. Today while I was in the store standing at his department he refused to talk to me over the phone while he was on the phone talking to his colleague. Also,when calling the Game Store Complains and Customer Care online told me that Game Store is suppose to refund me if they cant fix the TV within 21 Days, but Game Store N1 have different rules. According to them it is an extended warranty , which I have no idea what it means. Yes I am a very ****ED OFF!!!! person at this moment and have to say that buying anything from GAME STORE is worst than going to CHINA TOWN and buying an item from a Chinese store.
