Buying a cellphone at Game Tygervalley? Prepare for a lot of walking up and down...

On 26 June at Tygervalley Centre we bought a Nokia 105. They make this quite a process between them as we atleast went up and down between the tills and their cellphone department at the back of the store atleast 4-5 times. The person at the cellphone department writes down a number to be paid at the till. This person wrote the wrong number and the teller needed to confirm which is the correct number at the cellphone department. This makes the customer experience rather a pain in the you know what. Make it easier for clients to spend their well earned money instead of making them to do your work for free.
