Buy electronics at this shop at own risk

GAME KOLONNADE I bought a playstation5 on the 28 December 2024 and it stopped working on the 25 January 2025. BARELY A MONTH LATER!!!!

My husband took it back on the 26 January 2025 and he was told to wait for 21 days.

Now why did i spend that amount of money just so it can stay at the shop for a month??

GAME i need my replacement or refund immediately.
