BUY AND GET SAMSUNG PRODUCT COMPETITION

Good morning, I bought 2 Samsung products on buy and get a holiday or flight tickets if you buy Samsung product. I have received a confirmation that I have won and in order to claim the price I need to call the 087 number. I have called about 8 to 10 times holding on for close to 15 minutes. Every time I get to number 1, either the phone cuts or the consultant says hello and then cuts me off. I am very disappointed in the false advertising, it seems that it was all a lie. I have spent more than R300 on these calls. I am beginning to think that it is all a ****. I have also sent an email last week and still have not gotten a response.
