Buy and get competion from samsung

On 20 December i purchased washing machine costing R6499.00 at game wonderpark and the was also a competion wherby i qualified for R4000 voucher to book at Protea hotel.They said i must sms my details and the serial number of the machine and i did just that and they send a message that they got the application and i must now only send the photo of the serial number of the washing machine of which i did then on the 18 January they ve send a message that there was an error with the photo then i took another photos and resend them still they said the same thing and they said the competion is closing and then i send the photos again only to find out that their email for buy and get it was full.So i think they were only promoting that people must buy samsung products but not delivering what they have promise people as the competion was to send all the details on the forms and to send a pic of a serial number with identification number as well.Samsung they are playing with peoples emotions.
