Bunch of lies and lazy idiots!!!!

A bunch of lazy people, too lazy to look for products at the back. We got to the store at 18:10 and we waited for someone to assist and 45 minutes later one of the staff members came and said the cupboard we are looking for is out of stock. We showed him that it is in stock as per the online store. He then sat down and said it is not there and the stock online is for stock that is on the way to the store. I've never been that patronized.

I called the store and requested to speak to the store manager and they said he had knocked off already. I requested the 2IC and I was referred to Rendani. I held for him for a while and eventually walked to the information desk and he was standing there without any care of the call for him. We told him what was happening and he checked on the system and confirmed that they had 11 in stock. He left to go get someone to assist and 20 minutes passed without any word from him. We spent an hour and a half waiting to buy and we couldn't. We had somewhere else to go and we left.

If there was a scale to measure service, I am sure Mall of Africa would be on a negative mark, they are pathetic!!!!
