I bought a TV last year at Game and just when it was about to reach a year the TV just died. I took it back because it was still under guarentee they told me I will get my TV back withing 21 days. The 21 days past but no word from Game. I went there today to tell them I want a new TV or my money back they agreed to give me a new TV I just had to bring back the remote and other items that came out with the TV. I came home and got the items and went back to the store when they had to give me a new TV they had changed their statement saying the people repairing the TV had noticed a crack on the LCD. Is'nt that convinient for them? If I hadnt gone to he store when were they going to let me know? yet I get to the store they agree to giving me a TV when I get back they change their statement? thats utter bull!!! I've already notified my lawyers about this.
