In August we had an issue with **** charges which was R71 (for account services and insurance) Game had never charged this before

These charges were ongoing until the amount reached R218 and then stopped which leads me to believe that there was an unauthorized purchase on this account which is frozen and blocked since 2019, Game simply moved the purchase to "account fees and insurance" just to cover up

I notified Game and RCS in August to close the account permanently they failed to do so, now they are threatening to send a collection agent and charge me double fees for collection

This happened in 2019 which is why we froze the account, the collection agent told me in 2019 that it does not matter that there was unauthorized purchase on the account we still have to pay

I say to you Game and RCS:

PROVE TO ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND THEN I WILL PAY YOU R218

I dont want to hear or deal with Game or RCS ever again
