Broken Washing Machine Query

I have bought a washing machine AEG product in August. The machine works for only 2months..I have reported it beginning of Dec. I was told I will called in that week to be fetched.. The mashine is not spinning the pipe is broken.. Since then I havent received any call. I have no chance to go that side.

Do I need to be following them in order to take my query serious as I have been hanswashing since then and I brought the machine cash to think my life will be easier.

Im disappointed with their service.. This store is in Cape Town.,Kenilworth Centre
