broken vacuum
I bought a Hoover vacuum from Game Mimosa mall in March and have had problems with the vacuum since i bought it.The vacuum overheats.They did not want to refund me my money back or exchange the vacuum after the first 4 weeks after i bought it.They said that it has a year guarantee and they sent it in for repairs.It has been in for two repairs and it is now broken again with the same problem overheating motor.They have replaced the motor twice and it still breaks.They should have refunded me my money back or given me another vacuum as this is extremely frustrating.
