Broken tv waranty

So i Bought a sinotec tv 5 months ago and this morning the one side of the screen went grey, wow good quality brands you guys sell and promote hey, took it to lakeside mall game and handed it in thinking ok, its under waranty so they should replace it. Guess what they took it in and have to send it for assessment to be repaired, this will take up to 21 WORKING days, in other words you sell me **** for lots of money, then when it breaks you want to repair the **** in one month and then give me **** back again. Guess what guys i dont buy ****!!!!!!! Nor do i want your ****.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint with reference ***6 and apologise for your inconvenience in this matter.
The store has followed the correct procedure in terms of the CPA in that the item must go for an assessment but if it is within the first 6 months after purchase you still have the right to a repair, replacement or refund once the assessment was done. Store Management will keep you updated.

Fantastic, so the store folowed the right procedure granted, but your product, warranty and procedures is making your customers unhappy, furthermore no one explained your procedures to me when they eagerly sold me the tv. So if you want to throw the CPA at me be careful as that only applies if you took the steps to inform the client of your so called procedures and he agrees, As i am in my six month period i want a new one, dont care about your assesment
