Broken TV (Sinotec}
I bought a 58 inch smart Sinotec TV On 02 October 2020 with a 5 years warrantee . the TV has stopped working on the 27 May 2022. I have tried to report it to the store and i was told to bring proof of purchase. I went to my bank to ask for a statement as i have swiped for it coz i have lost my receipt . Now They telling me stories that they cannot assist me , taking me from pillar to post . I mean the tv played only fo 1 year and few months. Its been 2 weeks now with no assistance .
