Broken TV Delivered

I am very disappointed with Game, i Bought a TV online on the 20th of December 2023 and it was delivered on the 27th of December 2023, the TV that they delivered it was broken you can even see from the Box that there was something sitting on top of the TV, when i phone them they always said they are waiting for codes, now they said they are waiting for insurance, i didnt watch the TV even once so why should i wait for almost a month for insurance and Codes while its their fault, their communication is poor because dont say anything until you phone, you dont get updates, even their consultants they dont know what to tell you they are busy sorry, sorry.......IM TIRED OF YOUR SORRIES I WANT MY TV AND YOU MUST COME AND COLLECT THAT BROKEN ONE.
