Broken on arrival, still not replaced!

Very unhappy. I bought a PC monitor online, arrived cracked. I immediately contacted them, sent pictures etc. (Order nr: #*** )

2 Months later!!!!!, still no screen, still no progress.

The only updates I get is that it's under investigation as to whom is to blame for the broken screen, the warehouse of the courier.

This shouldn't be my problem, absolutely terrible!!
