Broken laptop not returned

I've bought a laptop from Game online less than a year ago. The laptop has since broken. I took the laptop in to Game Tygervalley on 24 January 2022 as directed by Game Online to be repaired. They are still in possession of my laptop, 5 weeks later, with no indication of when it will be repaired or replaced.

All over, signs display that if an item cannot be repaired it will be replaced within 21 days. Again, no indication from their side that this is a possibility. What misleading customer information and false advertising.

I will never again buy an item from Game - their returns department is pathetic and at this stage they might as well have ****** the laptop from me for all I know. Communication from them is utterly poor and the only communication I have received is when I have reached out to them, and they can give me no indication of when the item will be returned.

Utterly disgusted by the service.
