Broken Items received from Game!
Good day I received a damaged Furniture Entertainment Unit and a broken sound system from game when ordering online. They delivered returned used items when purchasing online
I have been calling for the past month and calling and nobody is assisting me they said they were going to send someone to collect it but they have been handling my ticket very poorly im highly disappointed in the service from Game I get no feedback even after calling numerous times no assistance nothing its been a month now and they not helping me
This is by far the worst customer assistance I've ever received do not buy from game online stores they deliver broken items!

02 Jan 2021, 07:22I got a call from game social media team, they said they would book someone to collect it in the next 2 days the person who contacted me couldn't even speak properly and was highly unprofessional even laughed on the call this is the service I get from Game.. its been more than a month highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend it im personally done with Game
