Broken double door Defy fridge/freezer

We bought a Defy double door fridge/freezer on the 10th of May. 22 June I saw everything inside was defrosted. We reported it to Game on the 23rd. They said Defy will come and check within 24-48 hours. Defy appointed a local company on the 25th who would have came before the 27th. 3 o clock the afternoon on the 27th I called and asked when they will be coming. No they said they will come the next day which is a Saturday. It did not suit me as we were not home, but I said I will change my plans to be available as we need a fridge/freezer asap. Today is the 30th of June and still no sign of a technician. How are you suppose to manage without a fridge freezer for more than a week?? R13 000 for something that worked for just over a month.
