BROKEN DISHWASHER >>>>> BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a dishwasher on 21/06/2017 and not even 8 months and the thing stop working, I phoned Game, they promise me within 48 hours will they attend to it, and I'm still waiting, phoned Game in Kimberley, the sales lady in that dept will call me back, I'm still waiting, I need a NEW dishwasher, if this is how Game Kimberley treats the aftercare customers.

07 Mar 2018, 12:33I also reported it at this number ********** 32273, and I was instructed to phone the store, I mean, I bought it from Game, and Game must sort it out, I'm not making it private, I want people to see that Game's aftercare service is up to nothing!!!! Game are very quick to take money, but to responds to my broken dishwasher, I have to wait , I wonder whats going to happen it the thing stop working again??
