Broken Chair in one Month

I bought a blue (dark baby blue)outdoor garden chair at Game South Gate that looks like you are seating y the sea side on the 24th of March 2023 this year for R500.00. Hardly a month whilst at home and my hubby was seating on the chair. He fell and the chair broke and his back was hurt so badly (28th April 2023). I decided to go to Game that very weekend on Saturday. I was then told that unfortunately there is nothing they can do for me as there is no guarantee on plastic. How shocking, as I thought the chair was durable. I have bought a white garden chair from 2011 and it is still standing. Hardly two months. I eagerly await your response on this matter. No one has responded even after reaching out to them
