Broken bicycle

I bought a bicycle less in May 2021, one day when I was riding my bike The rear Derailleur just became loose and stopped being in place as a result I cannot ride my bike.

I contacted Game cause my bike is still under warranty all I got was an email that the matter has been escalated and no correspondence ever since. I'm very much disgruntled and disappointed cause I spent over R 2000.00 (two thousand) on that purchase yet I'm not receiving any sort of assistance in getting it replaced or fixed since it's under warranty.

I will never purchase from Game again I did not know they sold inauthentic items I've always knows about their plastic jewelery never about such big items and never thought I'd be a victim now I spent 2k on something that barely lasted 6 months
