Brilliant Brilliant service!

I ordered a fridge online and a day later called and spoke to Yolanda. She said my order has been received but not processed yet but I need to call back which I did and there was no stock. half a day later when OI called back she wasnt availible but promised to call me back which she did :-) I would like to commend Yolanda for going beyond the call of duty to make sure that I get my order as promised. This level of service is un-heard of and she made me smile from day one.

I want her to receive my commandment and I want her senior management to know what gem they have working for them in the online order department.
