BREACH OF CPA RIGHT NR 8

DSTV special of R749 was bought on Sun 26/07/2015 at Game Parow Centre, I was told to sms Eric who will come out & do the installation at my house. Eric was sms'd, he gave me a time of 6pm on the same day. Eric never pitched, never informed me that he's going to be late & when I called, didn't bother taking my calls. He finally called me at 10:55 today, Mon 27/07/2015 asking me if I'll be at home & I told him that I'll be taking it up with Game. I called Game Parow Centre & just my luck, the Store is closed due to Stock Taking. I asked to speak to the manager but no luck, was told to call back tomorrow. This is so unprofessional & completely unacceptable not to mention a breach in the Consumer Protection Act.
