BrandNew Samsung W/Machdoes not spin the clothes
Purchased a Brand New Samsung W/machine 0n the 14/07/2015 and have reported this complaint the third time today. The machine does spin the clothes during a cycle wash. What *******!!! The store cannot get the Supplier(Samsung) to call out. Disgusted and Please i would think NEVER invest in this Samsung W/machine.<br> Brand new and waste of time. Supplier unable to meet call out service. Game Head Office just in a few hours I have incurred a run on my tel. bill. Cos there is no Head Manager to take a customer's call. Pathetic and Disgusting to liase with a group of staff at head office level at Mass Discounters Stores in West Street. At head office level I spoke to 6 different ladies and none could direct my call to a Senior Manager. I wonder what their hidden agendas are. A disrepectful group of staff with no value and customer service driven.
