Brand new Speaker from Repairs dented badly

<p>We submitted a samsung giga speaker (L) to game end of October 2016, after waiting for a month and a week, we recieved the speaker at home, today 14/12/2016, I opened the speaker from the box and wanted to insatll onto the samsung deck, to my amazement i noticed a big dent on the upper speaker, this is really an inconvience. Beacuse we waited over a month, only to recieve a defective product again, it is now December, when will this speaker be rectifed, i just conatced Keneth from Game Richardsbay and he said the manager for the section is out, i must bring the speaker to the shop. i live 11km from the Broadwalk mall, is game going to pay my petrol??</p> <p> </p> <p>This is poor service i suggest that a quality manager phone so we can disucess way forward.</p>
