Brand new machine that needs to be fixed

I bought a Hisense machine for my mother on the 28 of July 2024 18kg for 7000 thousand which was on special the machine only worked 2 times then after didn't work at all we reported the matter they send 2 guys to come check it said they will come back as they had to order some parts that needed to fix the brand new machine imagine a brand new machine that wasn't even used for a month that had to be fixed okay the guys came back with the new parts and still couldn’t fix the machine as it could not be fixed the guys said the shop will contact us for a voucher with that amount or a brand new machine we still waiting the machine is just standing here taking unnecessary space cause its not been used i bought the machine to make my mums life easier but unfortunately its back to square one my mum even went to the shop after the guys couldn’t fic the machine her papers was just taken saying they will get back to her we in October still nothing from Game Kimberley northern cape mall am very disappointed and frustrated with they service and they communication sucks i would really appreciate it at this point if we could just get our money back and go buy somewhere else as we not taken seriously
