Brand new fridge is REPAIRED

Purchased defy fridge on 27 November. next day I had fridge replaced because of flaw in the paintwork. Unfortunately new fridge made a terrible noise. Technician came out and stated this in his report. After much \fighting"a new fridge was delivered on 10 December. And this fridge just freezes everything.
