Bought Television, bad service Game Menlyn

<p>We recently purchased a television advertised as part of the Cyber Monday deals. None of the Game stores in Pretoria vicinity had stock, but nonetheless, we continued to purchase and was promised that the television would arrive following Monday, the 5th of December. We contacted Game Menlyn store but staff were unsure on delivery date. On Tuesday, the 6th of Dec we contacted Menlyn's store manager who indicated he will find out and contact me back. To no avail. No call. Today, the 7th of Dec, i enquired on what the status is, but again empty promises of finding out and letting me know.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad Service..simple as that. Advertising television which is no where in stock and no commitment in resolving the matter. </p>
