Bought machine for R4699 and paid R699 for extra warranty of 3years.Game not getting back to me on my quire .Machine not working.

I bought a machine and added an extra amount to extent my warranty to 3 years. My machine is no longer working and when i call them they always say they will get back to me, but they never do that. I want my money back because what i paid for is not the true reflection of them not attending to my call.
