BOUGHT GOODS STILL NOT INSTALLED AS PAID FOR!

On the 28th of November 2015, we visited Game Boksburg and purchased a Defy Oven, stove top and cooker-hood. We had no problems with the in-store service and all those assisting us were very helpful.<br> <br> We had arranged for the 3 electrical goods to be delivered to our home and we had paid extra for the delivery and installation of goods.<br> The goods were delivered on the 29th of November, and the estimated installation date was to be on Tuesday, 1st of December.<br> We paid an extra R1 000.00 in order to have the electrical goods to be installed in our home.<br> On the 3rd of December, we called Game as no one had come to install the goods. We were informed that the installation will take place on the 4th of December.<br> On the 4th of December, we received a call that the installer was on his way - he did not arrive.<br> Furthermore, we called on the 7th of December and enquired about the installation and we were told that an installer would visit us on the 8th of December. We were guaranteed twice that the installer would be coming.<br> <br> The 8th of December has now come and gone and we are still sitting with unopened electrical goods in our home - uninstalled.<br> The installation Service has been terrible.
