Bought dishwasher wrong brand delivered the manager was a nightmare from hell, ihad relocated my 1st experience in jhb ,who abused me to a point of recording as I insisted on my case to belittle my intelligence

Rude,rude,rude, extremely unfriendly in solving any issues, the appliance were the same price so I couldn't understand why would I **********ly change, I just wanted the brand I went to buy, he is by far the worst person in the service delivery industry I have ever dealt with. Utterly disappointed hurt,it took time for me to move on & understand jhb cant b that ruesome. The recording was an insult not in office confrontation was infront of employees, I will never step foot there nor buy or support that store as I rebuild in a new town, I never gave consent for the recording , there was no disclosure given to prove unhappy clients are recorded,pieced off @ that insult to no end ,abuse of the extreme,I will speak out about this experience.
