Bought Defy double door on 15 January 2018.It came with a factory fault.

The Fridge never worked from Day 1 not freezing I reported they kept sending me from pillar to post ,up to now this issue has not been resolved.In the past two weeks I have been waiting for a technician,on Thursday 1 February 2018,they said they will replace the Fridge.I have lost count how many times I've been to the shop to follow up.
