Bought airfryer from game 3-4 weeks no delivery no explanation

Bought a airfryer now 3 weeks plus online still no delivery everyday calling the game online support and everyday another story the the call centre would lie blatantly and say couriers collected the package it Wil be delivered that day then nothing next day same story then couriers didn't collect then stories about the store that are back logged while online it stil shows nothing that has been done on the order and so the stories Continue but 3to4 weeks for a company like game is just crazy no wonder people rather buy from takealot or other Companies game and makro is falling so far behind...
