Bought a phone for 4hrs

I bought a Oppo cell phone at Game Greenstone mall on the 24 Dec 2021,just as I had chosen my choice of Phone I was told to wait they are going to fetch it at the C/O but I'm told I will wait longer.

An hour went by 2hrs I was about to loose is I'm told they went to fetch it at the credit office,3hrs I was about to loose it I'm told the person with the key is not there only at the 4th HR a lady approached me and tried to help me she just paged the guy who has the key and went to collect the phone and I paid and I was gone.

The service I got from the guy who works at the cell phone DPT is so poor together with the coloured casual. Thanks to the lady I forgot her name and it's not the first time with Game Greenstone their service sucks
