Bought a fridge 3 weeks ago - still don't have it!

I purchased a fridge on 14 September and I was told it would be delivered within a week. A week passed and I called and they told me they have no idea what happened to the delivery as the item was dispatched from Durban to go to Queenstown. They even had no interest of tracking the item to see what happened. This week, I was told that it will be dispatched from East London instead. Today is 3 October, the fridge is still not at my home and I am COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!! If it was going to take this long they should have been honest with me and not tell me it will be delivered within a week. I paid for the fridge, they have the money but THEY ARE FAILING TO DELIVER!!!
