Bosch appliances

I bought myself a ceramic hob at Game in kokstad ( bosch) last Saturday. On Monday the electrician came to fix the stove. He left. That very day when I was preparing dinner I noticed that one plate is not working while others are. I phoned my electrician and came the next day and checked and advised us that it had a factory fault and he didn't want to open it due to the fact that he was worried that could void the warranty. I've been trying to call Game kokstad but the phone isn't picked. " Welcome to... " that's all it says. I am about 121 km away from Kokstad and I'd love them to either call me or pick up the lines so as to rectify this. This is frustrating me as I'm no longer using this stove now, I'm scared
