Bogus Guarantee
I bought a Senotec TV from Game in Brits in 2013. Reason for choosing the brand was that it is locally assembled this is good for the economy, plus it has a 5 year guarantee. TV is now problematic and Ryan S. at Game is dismissive and has 101 excuses why I have to pay for the repairs. The last of the rude excuses was that it was out of warranty, which it isn't. The next time you buy from Game Brits be prepared for horrid service and a very dismissive attitude from management. Makes me wonder if they would treat me the same were I white
