Black Friday online disaster

I didn't recieve any notification about when I can expect my delivery or any details about my purchase of a bosch dishwasher made on the 24th November 2017. I've send my proof of payment to all of the email adresses given by Game but no one comes back to me. With the money out of my bank and no notification of the order makes me frustrated. I need a solution to resolve my problem or futher actions will be taken.
