Black Friday online deals

Like most consumers who saw Game stores Black Friday deals on different media, I got hooked. My challenge was that I am could not be physically at the store due to my age and fitness to justle for items. So, I decided the online route as early as 12am last Friday. The first item was quickly removed from the online shopping list and the second item made it to the online "shopping trolley" and the online shopping system just didn't give me any options to proceed with the purchase. This happens amid the comfirmation about online shopping availability I got telephonically from Game customer care prior to trying this online shopping on Thursday. I am therefore confused as to why I was mislead by Game that I can shop online for Black Friday deals when I could not.
