BLACK FRIDAY DISASTER, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

By far the worse customer experience I have had. I purchased R20k worth of goods on Black Friday online only to be waiting almost a week later with no correspondence. I understand that there may be operational challenges to fulfill orders in a timely manner but I think it unprofessional to take money from me and not offer me the courtesy of a simple response to my 8 emails or to answer 1 of my 50 calls. This is incredibly disappointing, it really isn't difficult to already respond to your customers. I expect better.
